The goal at hand is to attain integral perfection that encompasses both material and spiritual aspects. This requires a synthesis of Eastern and Western cultures, and the exploration of all the riches of the spirit in the mind, life, heart, and body, such as knowledge, power, love, and beauty. These objectives can be achieved individually and collectively, leading to the extension of the reign of truth and God to the entire community. Man can attain this objective by dedicating all activities of life to the Supreme Divine, through the triple path of knowledge, love, and works, and the triple means of aspiration, rejection, and surrender. By transcending his limiting ignorant and egoist mental consciousness, he will be reborn in the spirit and supramental consciousness, which has been paved out and brought to the earth's atmosphere by the Mother and Sri Aurobindo. This divine consciousness will eventually take up and transform the surrendered lower nature of human beings into Divine Supernature, and the earthly life into Life Divine. All religions and cultures will be synthesized under this greater divine consciousness, leading to human unity and the birth of the superman, which will push mankind to the next higher evolution. This will usher in a new age, establishing a new creation on earth, characterized by truth and light, peace and prosperity, unity and brotherhood, immortality, and all-round fulfillment. These are the great and grand objectives of this work, summarized as follows:
To make it known and spread the ideals and teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother and for that, to open new study centers and install Sri Aurobindo’s Relics in any part of India and to work for the attainment of the perfect man and the perfect society as envisaged by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
To demonstrate in action the possibility of realizing Sri Aurobindo’s ideals in all fields of life such as education, science, literature fine arts, economics, industry, etc. And therefore, to open new integral schools/colleges in any part of India.
To promote the spirit of selfless service and to work for the development of India and the World and the advent of a progressive universal harmony.
To print, publish, and distribute either free or priced, books, periodicals, bulletins, journals, and other literature for the promotion of the aforesaid ideals and ideology and to translate, print, and publish the books and writings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, and the other devotees of The Mother and The Sri Aurobindo in any Indian language and to acquire, secure, and establish suitable printing press for that purpose.
To buy and/or build and establish a pilgrim’s home at Pondicherry and any other place in India and run the same.
To accept and raise funds required for the progress by way of subscriptions, gifts, donations, or benefactions in the shape of cash or kind or moveable immovable properties.
To establish centers of physical culture, sports, and volunteer Organizations for inculcating and promoting the spirit of discipline, cooperation, and service to others and to undertake activities for the promotion of health and bodily perfection.
To develop the aforesaid objects by joining with another society or Trust that also believes in the aforesaid objects and for that purpose to enter into all activities including affiliating, amalgamating wholly or partially taking possession on a term of the lease, license, management, and control of properties, institutions, and organizations and obtaining of gifts of money and acquiring and immovable properties.
To do all such things that say be lawfully necessary to actively protect and defend all the aforesaid objects.
